Founded in 2025, Robin HR Consultancy was born out of a passion for helping small SME's navigate the complex world of HR and business management. We dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to you, our client.

We have over 20 plus years experience, ranging from HR administration through to Business Partnership, managing a team of HR Managers, advising on and attending Employment Tribunals, Change Management Programs, both small and large, difficult areas of case work, including absence, disciplinary, work performance and end of employment options to name but a few
